Product Quality and Flexibility
We work with many top-quality production facilities who produce a wide variety of products today for the largest and most popular restaurant chains and retailers in the United States. Our suppliers are carefully screened and visited personally to determine their capabilities and flexibility to meet your specific needs. In addition to USDA and FSIS on-site inspectors, our suppliers are audited annually and certified to meet or exceed global standards for food safety. The question is not what do we offer, but rather what type of food solution do you need? Typically all products are stored and shipped frozen. We work closely with all production facilities to monitor production dates to ensure you always receive products to exceed the shelf life requirements in your supply chain. The following are of what our customers have requested.
Poultry food solutions: Fully cooked or ready to cook, breaded chicken breast strips, filets, boneless wings and nuggets; Fully cooked, chicken breast ingredient meats (for soups, salads, pizza toppings).
Beef and Pork food solutions: Fully cooked, value added beef and pork products (pizza toppings, meatballs, hamburgers, bacon, pepperoni and others)
Dairy food solutions: Cream cheese, extended shelf life milk products for food service or retail
Fruit category food solutions: All-natural fruit pulp products for food service and retail applications
